What're you guys planning on doing until next ice season? I plan on ridding some local lakes of Carp over the summer and chasing some slab crappies and walleyes
Just a teen who loves the outdoors

Painting the kitchen right now. After that installing a new roof on the house. Weather permitting. After that back to work.

Walleye and Musky season are rolling up on us. I have work to do up at my lake house and travel for my full time job. Busy summer and fall for sure.

I'll be trying to get ready for next ice fishing season!  I need to put wood on the lower walls of the cabin, fix some drywall, and install a larger wood stove.

Help everyone with they're summer projects, weddings, parties, more projects, help the daughter move, more of everyone else's projects, and dream of cold and ice when all the crazy people are hibernating and no body needs help and I can go fishing.
Always trying to catch those light bitin lethargic sons of fishes.

Well lets see!
Clear brush along the yard, get boats ready, fish for trout, shad, walleyes, turkey hunt, do a little coyote hunting, summer mowing, some painting, replace a master cyl. on a 66 Impala and play with it, wax a couple vehicles, maybe look for some Indian relics, hit some yard sales auctions and flea markets, clean and set up the oil furnace, clean the free standing coal stove, archery hunt, rifle hunt, muzzle loader hunt, flintlock hunt, and a few other things!
Heck, if I have time I may even remodel a bathroom or cut down some big trees in the yard!

I'm still Ice Fishing! Ordered some Fly Tying supplies and picked up some Flashers for trolling. It never ends.

Our season was so short I only got to go icefishing three times! I decided that I could get way more quality time on the water with a boat this year, so I found a great deal on an old '89 Crestliner 19 1/2' boat in ND Baaken country. I went through the motors and put some damn nice Humminbird finders and a Terrova 80 lb. TM with the I-pilot Link, and now adding a 360° transducer to it. We've had it out a couple of times so far, and it catches fish. I am going to rig up a way to use that 360° unit in the spear house next winter. Being able to see a 300' circle around the spear hole might be fun!

My goals are to build a fence around my backyard and stock it with a dog or two. Read some books, mostly by James Willard Schultz, hunt antelope in 2 states and deer in 2 other states, chase pheasant around, earn a promotion at work, maybe do a little summer fishing, watch Michigan win CFP, help my daughter get her school permit so we can stop hauling her to stuff, argue on the Internet a lot.
Every plastics manufacturer claims plastics outfish livebait. So now I use livebait just for the increased challenge.
