Marcum Batteries
« on: Dec 29, 2011, 09:00 AM »
So I was walking around the aisles of one of our sponsors yesterday (Fleet Farm) and noticed they had 12v 9 amp hour batteries on sale for 19.99.  I know that Macrums come with a 12v 7 amp hour battery so before I hook a 9 amp hour battery up to my flasher I thought I would check with the pros and see if it is safe.

Thanks

Grab 'er that's a good price, eh! Amps is the designation of a batteries charge capacity. So a 9ah will power yer equipment longer than a 7ah battery will.

Thanks! I grabbed one last night figuring just want you said that it was an indications of storage capacity and nothing more.

Again thanks!
