Mud mixer with quick lok

Hey guys.  My question about the mud mixer with quick lok.  On the mud mixer are you guys removing the chuck hub and using the thick washer that is on the super hawg with the double D quick lok 42-66-0055??  I got both pieces and I would say yes looking at it.   I didn’t want to proceed until I got verification.  Thanks. Hopefully my image uploads??

Yes item 3 can be removed, but it's the safety/breakaway for the chuck.
With this part removed and the Quik-lok on there is no safety break away anymore.
