Fished this afternoon. Water levels dropped back to normal and I was able to get on the ice without getting my feet wet. Ice was 24 inches thick. It ain't over yet. Caught 6 yellow perch 12-14 inches long.

Well... I got my last trip in - slammed a couple dozen crappie 10-15” and still had 12” ice. Getting on is gonna be tough after the next couple days but I’m good. I can put away the traps now and end it on a high note. Be safe all - the fat lady has sung for me. I’m out!
