My 86 year old Mother-in-Law loves her some ice fished orange trout filleted and baked. My wife as well. That’s good because I can use that to “need” to go to Blue Mesa or Vega every weekend. Myself, I’d rather eat the walleye fillets from P’Lo last May. These windy days like today it’s easier to bake em instead of grill em. I use 5 items. Sun-dried tomato oil salad dressing, (spread it on first), Seafood Magic, Italian seasoning, Lemmon pepper and McCormicks garlic-onion-black pepper n sea salt. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. MIL won’t let me fix it any other way!
