clear creek res
« on: Nov 30, 2014, 08:07 PM »
Looking for any info on the koke fishing up there. We were up that way flyshing in october and i noticed that the res is supposed to have kokes in it. Anyone know if its worth the trip from the springs to target them? Used to eat them alot back home in idaho and got the itch to eat a few. Any info is appreciated.

I used to fish clear creek often.  Only caught a couple small kokes from the boat, never got one through the ice. I think I'd be worth a shot, even if you don't get into the Kokanee the trout are normally pretty eager to bite.
