Title: Who/where first hardwater fish of 21/22 season?
Post by: waterlike on Oct 17, 2021, 11:25 AM: So who out there has been ice fishing yet? Last year I seem to remember someone from alaska posting around this time that they'd been out on ice already? Whos going to post with the first catch of the 21/22 season? Alaska? Wyoming? Colorado? Ive heard rumblings that some high mountain ponds/lakes might get ice fished soon here around wyoming.

Post by: waterlike on Oct 17, 2021, 01:30 PM: It appears someone was out the past couple days in colorado somewhere. Saw it on fishexplorer this morning after i posted. Last two seasons i have been on ice by oct 29th at 7200 feet in wyoming. Doesn't look like its gonna happen this season

Alaska isn't far behind. And us in the NWT are usually on ice in early November but it's been pretty warm so far this fall.
