looking for schooley tip up jig pole.

i was fishing next to a guy the other day that had a schooley jigging pole that had a little flag that goes up like a tip up.does anyone know where i can get one of these?what are they considered a tip up or a rod?are they legal in pa?thanks for any info

Last i read for pa ice regs, you are allowed 5 lines total!  How you wish to set them up is entirely up to you.
