Last years ice storm was hard on my fish getter.

Just finished replacing the neutrel wire on the house feed, just above the meter socket..........that Ice storm just may have had a hand in the damage done.

Ya it caused a lot of problems, I think i hated it getting dark the worst. With no power i sure missed the computer and TV,

Your right jigginstick, we don't need that to happen again. My mom lives in the trailer park on the north edge of Fairmount and was without power for a week but she stayed there and did with what she had. I remember driving around down there after that and it looked like a tornado went through there. Lets hope for some ice on the lakes.

We lost power for just 36 hours in Jonesboro, but that was long enough. We got along fine with our camping equipment (lanterns, heaters, etc.), but a lot of people who weren't prepared suffered or left. I did end up with a lot of firewood from the neighbor's tree that fell in my yard.
