anyone fish this in the winter?  thinking of hittin it, try and get some perch.

never have but sure would like too only been there once during the summer what other kind of fish are in it?

I fished it once last winter and a couple of times over the X-mas holiday before my auger seized up. I have talked to people who have said they have caught perch thru the ice but I have never seen one. My son has caught some small ones in the summer around the fishing pier. As far as thru the ice we have only caught some small bows (10-12"). I might try it this weekend and see how the ice is and break in my new auger. If I do I'll let you know.
