Hard water in the NW corner next week

It’s looking like some cold nights next week! I’m thinking smaller ponds should lock up as long as it’s not windy. Might be on the ice by Xmas! I can’t wait any longer!ˇ   :tipup:

Friday forecast is in 40’s and upwards of 1” rain and heavy wind. 👎🏼 typical December in Connecticut….

Heavy wet snow coming in the NW hills.  :-\ Forget about ice for another 2 weeks. I'll be checking the Berks in MA. Doesn't look good getting on before Christmas.

The Berks are supposed to get same heavy wet snow.
