We don't have Northern Pike in any of our lakes that freeze in Washington state. Decided to take a long weekend after Christmas to do some ice fishing in Montana. Our first stop was Smith Lake just west of Kalispell. Both my wife and I pulled our first pike thru and also got one on a tip-up. Love western Montana.
