No I live in the adks. I fish lake George, brant lake and all them lakes around them. Lol.

Still trying to decide if I wanna get my girlfriend involved with ice fishing. Best case scenario, she likes it and will want to go every now and then. Worst case scenario, she'll really, really love it and want to go with me every time I mention it.

She seemed intrigued when we were Christmas shopping at Fish307 and spotted a pink jig stick.

I am going to take her to Beaver Island Marina today.Hit and miss on some good Perch maybe we can get into them today fingers crossed.

Nice fish Is that the Sunset bay peir behind you looks like the rocks that we climb on to fish which is no fun with a pole and tackle box in your hand ..hehe but It is a nice spot to fish..

My wife fishes and hunts with me very regularly and loves it. She was never introduced to it before she met me and now 3+ years later we own a tackle shop together and a boat and she has her own shotguns and rods. There is a certain joy when we share those times together and everyone of my fishing and hunting partners have accepted her with open arms into our group. Ive only had her on the ice a couple of times and we have never smacked them together so she doesnt love the ice fishing as much as flippin for Bass.

no walter girl its the mouth of the salmon river in port ontario . its the only fish she fought all day , come to think of it its the only salmon shes ever fought and she landed it on light takle to racus cheers from the boys around cuz i let em know it was her first fish ever lmao. she wont even touch a bluegill even tho she loves to catch and eat em but she had to hold this one for a pic , i was so proud ! to this day she remains 1 for 1 on salmon

Mrsperch here. We fish sodus and a couple fingerlakes. Try to get out every weekend. Work interfers with the weekdays.

My wife usually outfishes me 2:1 or maybe even 3:1. She was bustin' the perch on Chautauqua this weekend. Of course I'm the "put the bait on the hook, unhook the fish" guy but that's fine with me. She's pretty much sewn to my hip whether on the ice or miles out on Lake Ontario/Erie. BTW, my grandaughters also love to fish.
