Me and my buddy headed out to a new lake yesterday to try for lakers.....fishing was really poor....hooked three, landed one. Boooo to this lake :-\ Got some good pics anyways:

What a beautiful lake, the sights alone were probably worth the journey... nice fish though!

PG, those are really expressive photos; that part of BC is so beautiful.  Thank you for posting them, and I hope you post even more.
I enjoyed the scenery ones; as far as your catch goes....it's about the fishing, not necessarily the catching.  The trip alone was worth
it.  And I love the snowshoes; Sweetie and I have some of the old ones, and they are classic!

Thanks guys. BC eeess ver' far way from Massachusetts ;D
Clearcut looks bigger than it is......it's industry.....it pays everyone's bills here......I won't cmplain all that much, but it is why I'm in Fisheries & Wildlife, I want to have a say in those kinds of processes....still makes for a pretty picture.....
Anyone welcome at any time of the year ;D If you're planning a vacation......BC should be at the top of your list for scenery/fishing/hunting the world over.
