Added some computer fans and stocked the cabinets.  Going to get it out on the ice this weekend and hopefully be pulling in some fish over my Christmas break

Looks awesome. I wish I could find a really cheap camper to do this to.

Just look on Craigslist or stop and talk to people if they have them sitting in their yards.  I bought mine from a guy that just had it sitting next to the road and it wasn't for sale.  Picked it up for $200 and have put about $1800 into it.  I have thought about selling it and building another one but we'll see.  I'll get some pictures of it out on the ice this weekend, I can't wait.

How well do the computer fans work to move the air? I have a similar furnace, my shack is 7 feet tall and the top few feet hold all the heat.  I was thinking of putting a computer fan in a pipe that would suck air down and out at my feet, but maybe a fan by its self would work.

They seem to move the air pretty well.  I haven't really turned the heat on after installing them but will this weekend once I get it on the lake. I will report back on how they do.

Got the shack out on the lake yesterday with only a few minor problems but its there! Did manage to catch three walleyes last night out of it too which is always a good thing.  The fans do keep the air moving quite well.  It was 16 degrees outside and 66 inside the shack, but the floor was cooler.  Did notice once I got to the lake that my wheels had a bad camber on both.  Going to do some investigating today when I get back out on the ice. Don't know why it's doing that

You may have to get some tires rated for more weight. And if you take one of those fans and connect it to a piece of flexible duct pipe that goes down to the floor it will help keep the floor warm.

Very nice job, but I have a few questions.. Did you ever find out what it weighed?  I am curious, I have this heater..http://www.procomheaters.net/infrared-heaters/ml100hpa.html.. and guys on here were saying that it was dangerous to use in my mini camp ( which is very airtight with two windows only.  Shiplap standing up on the outside, layed down on the inside.) , because I may gas myself.  Does anyone know what the difference between the two is as far as safety?

Thanks! I did put a lot of time and effort into it.  Having a few condensation issues in it so the paneling is getting water spots/stains on it so I'll have to fix that soon.  I have roughly $2000 into it.

I have a friend who makes them for me.  I have been enjoying my shack.  The fishing has slowed down a lot but I just sit out in it and play cards or watch movies while I have tip ups out.  None of the other local lakes are accessible by truck so it'll be there until it's time to pull them off.

So I'm thinking about selling the shack and building a new one this summer.  I have a number in mind of what I'd like to get out of it but just wondering what you guys think it is worth. It is 8x14, look through the pictures to see what the interior is like and post what you think its worth.  Thanks!

I got everything welded up yesterday but now have an issue with hole alignment.  I didn't account for how much the springs would flex under the weight of the shack so now I'm about a 1/2" off on my holes.  Any suggestions on what I can do? Thought about a new hole in front of the old one and just running a bolt across the leaf spring instead of through it but there there would be play in it.  Here is a picture of the misalignment.   I also built some cup holders/shelves for it and installed those.
