Oddball jigs
« on: Jan 14, 2014, 06:35 PM »
I am starting to experiment with oddball jigs and dead rigged shiners..I always use a #7 jigging rap and when the fish are aggressive or semi-aggressive it works beautifully.. Sometimes I think the more sluggish fish would prefer a more subtle presentation with natural scent.. I know a lot of guides in the area use oddballs and shiners and seems to be a super hot presentation for them.. I have caught a few this way but I am always trying to learn new things so if anyone has tips on this presentation I would appreciate it
