Forage in Boysen
« on: Jan 15, 2019, 09:52 PM »
Having trouble finding info on forage in Boysen. Pretty sure there’s shiners but I can confirm it and what else may be in there. Any help?

My observations of what I see in the lake from time to time and what have been in some of the fishes stomachs are shiners, suckers, crappie, perch, fat heads, and crawdads are what I have seen or caught around boysen.

Boysen is full of emerald shiners, some spottail shiners, killifish, johnny darters and the species mentioned above, plus there are probably some brook sticklebacks.
