I've got a lot of pics this year (getting way more ice time than I expected to get) and I've lost track of them all so I'll do what I've seen others do....put them all in one post

Great pictures PGK, Nothing prettier than Brooktrouts and Rainbows. A few ponds fishable around here, but still a lot of open water.

Those are some great fish. Thanks for posting the pics. I see trout every day at my job and the brookies are still just sooooo beautiful.

Thanks. You might want to get the mods to un-censor your name lol......PB rainbow...hard and soft.....I am having a very good year, and I think you'll understand why I would rather catch 20 10" brookies/day than two 6lb rainbows/day

Snuck out of Chem for a few trout today

Do as I say, not as I do, right? Only two pics....but I lost a freeking MONSTER at the hole.....4lbs+ easy. Big for this lake.

Please do! I hear what you're saying about flash but with that setting (super macro, first pic) It automatically turns off the flash. I've been playing with that idea for a while now and most of the shots I've taken with the flash look unnatural.....I'm getting there

probably has to do with the natural shine that is on the slime of the fish.The flash will reflect off of that slime.Maybe if you got back a bit further.I know......then you would loose the close up of the fish.Well you will just have to post two pics of every fish you catch LOL.We use flash settings on all our hunt trips and man does it take care of a lot of shadow etc. They come out lookin just like a magazine shot.Shadows of antler points etc all vanish.
