Quartz Lake
« on: Jan 15, 2007, 10:23 PM »
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about Quartz Lake?? I was thinking about going there. But I didn't want it to a wasted trip with no productivity. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I am new to the area and new to Ice Fishing so just looking for some useful information.

Welcome aboard Ice Shanty ;D

I would call and talk to either F&G in Delta or just call Granite View Sports and ask for a fishing report. Haven't heard much on Quartz lately. I might suggest going to Birch and save the long drive if they are unsure on Quartz.

We went up there jsut before x-mas and had a great time almost lost a pole to some god aweful god creation but never hooked the fish, saved the pole thogh!  Great dive you should have been there.  We were fishing shallow and slayed alot of bows.  Hope that helps you some.
