« on: Feb 17, 2008, 06:57 PM »
I would imagine that since there was around 12'' on stone before yesterday the ice should still be safe on monday. I'm off and think the perch bite should be off the hook. anyone make it out there in the last few days? anyone going tommorrow? SAM if your reading this Ill see ya in the afternoon at the launch
I'd love to get the hang of this stuff ANY DAY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be out in the AM on Stone. Shouldnt be too far from the launch. I will be with a bud,& We will most likely be in the black pop up Frabill. If you see us, give a shout. Havent been on Stone since Friday, but I dont see where today melted all that ice. Im sure she is fine. Just slick. 8)
Planning on being on the ice by 7.
What will you be fishing in? I may come talk to you.

Got out in Valpo about 5 pm Sun and bout 1 inch of water blowing around. Left at 9 pm and she was not hardly wet at all. The rain and high temps did us a favor. Easy dragging now. Good luck :)
