Not much activity around here yet. The gills are on fire right now putting the feedbag on for winter. Im sure the site eill see more activity in the near future. The general discussion board has seen quite a bit of activity tho.

I poke my head in here every so often to see what's going on if anything.  I'm happy to see the 40's in the mornings too but we've got a long way to go.  Hell, I'm playing golf this afternoon...

I have had ice fishing on my mind a lot lately. I just got my first snowmobile for fishing today! Can't  wait to do some mods and get it ready for fishing

Not going to wait.......other than waiting on a part for the boat trailer that I found that was ABOUT to give me major problems.

I'm taking my long ice rods with me on the boat here in the next week......for "practice".

Besides, I've got this spot that brings first ice fishermen and women by the tons, and I've always wondered just WHAT one could do there........a week, maybe two, BEFORE first ice?

Inquiring minds, and fishing nutcases, need to know.  ;D

I actually got the itch a month ago, got the shanty down, added LEDs to the ceiling and floor of the old Eskimo...and way before first ice...lol Come on cold weather!!!

when the ramps freeze up, its time to start getting ice stuff out. few hundred gills, bass, crappie & pike to catch from the boat yet.
