Midwest Outdoors program showed using pencil weights to get tiny jigs down to deep perch. All I could find here in Michigan are bottom bouncers. Where can you get thow pencil weights with a loop on top and bottom or do we have to make the bottom loop? Any help is deeply appreciated. Thanks

Hali jig, unlit hook from Hali jig, add leader and small jig..fish.. or just fish the Hali and be done with it, Hali jigs are deep water perch catching machines
