Looking for lakers

I'm about a hour south of Albany usually hit lake George but seems you need a boat on there 😭. Anyone been on piseco or know of any other laker lakes that are locked in!?! Any help is greatly appreciated

Piseco, fourth, north end of schroon, canada lake all froze, all have decent laker populations.

I've been hearing that they are getting pounded with snow up there would I want to bring a snowmobile to access it? The ice is thick enough does anyone know for fourth and Canada lakes

Check out fourth lake for sure, they have LL Salmon as well. Be careful about eating them though, read up on chemicals dropped there years ago which sit at the depths where those big guys hide.

piseco had 6to 8 of ice last week and the same of snow on the lake
