I have a few, wire worms, chronomids, jigged slowly. I also use a 3/8 oz. Jig and pound the bottom, I have caught many whites doing this
Tight lines and big fish

This time of year, small shiny spoons are great.  They are still in spawn mode and I'm positive this angers the males and sometimes seems to make them think it is a mate... I've seen my first white fish ball this year.  Just watched it unfold and didn't bother trying to catch them as my spoon was swarmed with love nutso males  ;D
Wish I could have recorded it.
Small shiny spoons are also awesome the rest of the year too.  Sure brings in the real hungry whites.  Jig vigorously!
