Fish Spring Rolls

For some of you who tried and like Vietnamese Spring Rolls which have either pork or shrimp or both; try fried fish instead of meat.  I used both walleyes and crappies for mine, it brings out a crunchy, difference, and healthy taste.  See pictures.
