Anyone doin any good out there. Have only been out once. Only got one keeper crappie out 5 fish hopefully getting out this weekend to get some more. Haven't heard anything on these lakes.

I fish Late nights on long and it has been hit or miss some nights get good number of crappie and gills others nights maybe 3 to 5 haven’t fished over at loomis or flint since this cold snap kicked in but have heard mixed reports on loomis.

I was on Loomis last night. Very slow in front of beach. Fished from 6 to 9 and only caught one keeper gill. Had a lot of lookers so maybe it was just me.

8 or 9 crappie tonight all released A lot of lookers as well, and to wheatfield tom Long was slow last night as well only 3 crappie.
I have been fishing 16’to 20’ fow fish hitting 4’ to 10’ off bottom, found the bite has been better with hard bottom no weeds. But I am sure that will change with the warm front coming in.

North or South end of the lake. It always switches up on me for the night bite

Alot of people have been in that area. I never have any luck there. I always go north or south to get away from the fishing pressure

Not many guys have been out I think the cold has kept them in. Last night was one of the busiest I think I counted 6 or 7 shanty’s including mine and 3 of us were fishing together. But yes daytime on weekends crazy busy on there. But as long as country bait keeps telling people everone’s catching eyes at loomis, long should stay quiet.

ha ha he told me the same thing two weeks in a row and didn't see much of anything ....i came up short one day and a few small gills the other.
Loomis has been not the greatest the past few years...

I was there furthest one south had some good fishing today. Didn't think the check out the forum before heading out. Got 9 keeper gills 6 crappie and a good keeper bass. Probably will be back out in the morning with my 5yo son. If u go let me know I'll see ya out there.

I was out this morning on Loomis for 4 hours and not even 1 fish! Drilled 7 holes , tried minnows spikes and waxworms...

Got a couple on plastics and the rest on beam moths on tungsten moon beams and one bass on a spoon with minnow head. All in 15-20 fow

No waiting on my shanty to come in. Had to replace it after the x wife destroyed n burned all my gear when I divorced her. I was the guy in a grey jacket black bibs sitting on a green bucket with no shanty lol
