Oilfield Supervisor.  We do flowback, which is monitoring the stuff that comes out of the well once it's initially been drilled.  If we are ever slow, I also have my journeyman electrician license to keep me busy.  I can't sit still very well, unless I'm fishing or hunting.  And even then, I'm not very good at it.
The next time you think you know it all, try telling someone else's dog what to do.

Stainless steel distribution, farm 200 acres corn, beans and hay on the side, and run angus cross and purebred Herefords on the side side... stay pretty busy with the 2 kids at home too. Only 30 so still have a ways to retirement and more fishing time  :'(
How many times do I gotta go through holes before I watch where I'm going? I am an amateur fisherman, but an all star minnow drowner!

drive open wheel dirt modified in the summer so with no racing in winter

Cool....  A mod or B mod and what kind of chassis do you run?  I grew up around the sport.  Had an uncle who built cars back in the 60's and 70's.  My brother ran a dirt late model in the early 90's until injury forced him to hang it up.  Since then I've mainly helped guys who have run mods...and let me say, back in the late 90's I was with a guy who was very much your shade tree mechanic building his own stuff from top to bottom and we made the big show at Boone....that was unreal.  A couple of good childhood friends of mine run late models and are originally from NE Wisconsin.  One moved out to Western WI a few years ago to build cars and the other is still around home doing quite well.  Plus I have a niece and now nephew (her husband) who run a northern sportmod and an A-mod respectively.  She'll be in a 2013 BMS this coming year and he's got a home built concoction where he took a Victory and a BMS, cut them apart and made one chassis out of them.  It's an experiment because he wants to get into car building himself.  Where we're at in WI they race on ice and both the nephew has taken his modified out there and has done fairly well with it.  It turned a ton of heads when he rolled in with a dirt car with studded tires on it but within a couple of weeks others were bringing their mods out as well.

Dirt racing is incredible in so many ways and is a true family activity.  People who have never been around it just don't "get it."  Those who have an open mind and are introduced to it begin to see a glimpse of the passion involved but until you are truly immersed into it you'll never fully appreciate what it is.

currently run a 2013 B&B chassis sport mod.  i run supernationals yearly for the last 7 years. made the big dance 3 years straight from 2011-2013. just missed getting in the last 2 years. best finish was 2012 when i finished 5th. racing is truely a special sport. i have many many friends from many states that i am close with and are "racing family" that i have met along they way. most would do anything to help a fellow racer out with whatever they need. truely am blessed to call them all "family". it really is an addiction just like ice fishing!!
