some help?

so i figured out how to change my avatar pic. Now i want to add some pics to my signature. I paste to it but the picture isnt appearing. You can click on the link and pic pops up  but i want it to be on there like everyone elses? Can anyone help, i cant figure it out thanks.

i was having the same issues about 30 mins ago. I gave up and just used a generic one. Any advice?
