Bear in mind, this is presumptive for sure but there has been safe ice on Birch Creek Reservoir (essentially just the other side of the road) for well over a week now.  I would guess that Woodruff has safe ice also.

Yea, trout only.  No perch that day.  But trout is what I target and love.
