Thanks to everyone's tips and feedback. Explored a new area of the lake with a known inlet. Gave myself a 30 min window to get flags or I was moving.
Took 15 mins and never had to move after that. Non stop action. Caught only my target species wp, and one small yp. No bass no picks. It was great. Chased flags and jigged a few. Iced 10 wp released 2 small ones. Kept 8 total. Lost 5 more on traps that I'm certain were WP. Classic chew and screws. Lost a few on jigs tipped with smelt heads. Jig bite was good they were very aggressive. Thanks again for all the tips and feedback.

Also big shout out to CD. He set me up with the knife and filet table. Been using both alot. Works great.

There ya go when the weather stays stable, persistence and beliefe in ones self is an asset, sometimes we get to wrapped up in the catching, and over anaylize things, fish are cold blooded simple creatures, but they have the need to be safe, eat and reproduce, they feed for short periods of times and rest for longer ones, we, as humans need to keep that in mind and not pressure ourselves or worry about it too much, fish when we can, eventually the wheels of success turn in our favor.. yesterday it was your turn YOU EARNED IT..

Agreed . Ending on a skunk is the worst. Long time to ice in but I am already planning.

Drive by broads today was blackish and on it's way out. Pm me I can send you a pic of the area. As if today. I think you'll be ok especially if your areas dont get the majority of sun. I walked onto my spot yesterday without issue. I think you can Make it happen if you access from the right angle sun wise.
