Snagger had a video like that on here a few years ago. I think it was from Chamont bay in NY..

I was set up on this moving piece, for a while...
But I had my ice scratcher boat ready to go, and I left when it started getting really bad.. Couple guys on foot, pretty far away from me, where hopping ice chunks to get back.. Almost didn't make it!

In reality all ice even on smaller lakes move up and down when the wind blows. Most of the time the movement is so slight you don't notice it. Have you ever seen the water in your hole move up and down even when there are no machines on the ice? That is ice movement from the wind. Big bodies of water can get extreme movement as you guys have shown

I’ve been on rolling ice but that was when my twins were younger and much bigger lol , on larger bodies of water just watch your graphs change depths
