what is everyone using for helmets on the ice?
Fully enclosed ones with face shield do they fog up in the cold?

I might be trying out a skully helmet, an XL one to fit over a ski mask. The full face helmet wreaks havoc on my glassses and I'm blind without them.

I have a UTV with a hard cab now, but I used to use an open face helmet with an anti fog face shield.
It seems to go from zero to hero all some have to do is lie.

We don't need them in NH, "Live Free and Die" (with your head cracked on the ice)

I have a GIANT head and I wear a full face helmet. Like so large that I didn't know they made helmets that big.

If we're going for a longer ride on the ice, I'll have the face shield down with the "goggle" part up about a quarter of an inch to remove any fog. If we're just moving a few hundred yards, I'll leave the face shield completely up.

i have snow mobile helmets, full face, one has a heated shield which I never use.

If i start to fog, I just crack the face shield and let the cold air do its thing.

I bought a motocross helmet for my daughter last year to ride out to my spots and it seemed to work ok. Her only complaint was its got her head cold.
