Frabill Lil Shiners.  You can find them cheap, they are easy to use.  I'm on my third year with them using the same batteries.

I like the frabill arctic fire lights. They only really work on beaver dam style tip ups though. Pretty bright and the batteries last awhile. Watch the sales and you can get them for $8

See, now I'm the opposite... I want a siren and lights!
Have considered the frabill arctic sirens, but the alligator clip to the flag is suspect for me, thinkin that it wouldn't allow a clean release... anybodys use those? review?

Just talked with a rep at Frabill yesterday concerning 2 arctic sirens I had that don't work.  They're sending replacements, but she did say they are discontinuing them, so if you want them, better get them now.

I like the magnetic light house ones.  for one reason,  they attach on top of the T bar,  So you can see if it is spinning or not while your walking up to it.  Plus they are extremely bright

What brand makes the T Bar light?  Sounds interesting.

I think these lights are the best ones out there right now. ;)

They dont fit a standard tip up, but with a little black tape your in business ;D

I love my Frabill Lil' Shiners on my Heritage Lakers.
Two seasons now - no problems.

One the other hand, my buddy's HT NightStars have been problematic from day one.
We liked the double light set up - choose green or red.
But the first two he had didn't work after last season - wires broken inside - tried to resolder.

Figured it was a fluke, he ordered (5) more.
These were worse, right out of the box (bag, whatever).
One didn't work at all...two stayed on even in the off position (upside down).

Pretty poor quality.

I 2ND the lil shiners, I have them on my HT Polars but be careful you can put the on so that they interfere with the trip mechanism I learned this the hard way last week lots of lost bait and no tripped flags til I realized what was going on.

Got my frabill artic sirens today... if I put them on the end of the tip up the pin only pulled 2 out of 10 times tested! I has to move the siren to the inside of tip up to make it go off. Anyone have another solution?

I use the skinny glow sticks, the only problem with those is that only the green ones seem to work really well. They are very inexpensive (ebay), flexible,  and I just attach them with a couple bread ties. Don't have to worry about batteries.

Another vote for the Frabil Lil Shiners.  I use them on my Frabil Pro-Thermals and Heritage Laker tip ups.  Work great.  Still on the same batteries they came with! :)

On the frabill pro-thermals, you need to mount the siren near the top of the tip-up, and shorten the string and attach it to the flag post, not the flag itself, they are really touchy and it takes a bit of trial and error to find the best spot to mount them.  Also fool around with the string length.

I too like the Omni lights, but the old style, not the new ones.  The old ones had a pen clip on them rather than the clip they have now.  The old ones held closer to the flag and just seemed easier to work with.

I use strike sensors,  I usually just hang the pager in the window of the fish house or portable.  They work great, and you can hook up multiple strike indicators to one pager.

UPDATE: What junk these are! Artic sirens 3 of 5 don't work! Called customer service and they will only send me new ones if they get the 3 bad back and I have to pay shipping! So after they test them then they will send me new ones. The operator said we know there is issues withe the wires on this product. I suggested that they send pre paid postage I
will send out next day, but they said NO.
