Question about Vexilar.....

I just purchased a new Vex the other day. How long does it normally take to fully charge the first time. The battery indicator says it is charged 100% full, but the Charger Light is off....I did read the instructions and I understand how it is supposed to come on once the battery is completely charged.

Does anyone know what is average???

It depends how much of a charge the battery has. The light on the charger will come on when charged. The indicator could be reading 100 % but it could be just above 90%. Test the charger light by disconnecting one of the charger leads to the battery terminal - the charger light should go on. If it does go on continue charging - if it doesn't I would return the charger for a new one.

Just after I posted this, the Charger Light came on very bright, so I guess I am all set for the fisrt tryout......
