butter worms

anyone use butter worms? never heard of it before just curious to see how good it is and if it's worth the extra price compared to waxies and spikes.

I had never heard of them either, I just saw this link on a post yesterday, looks like they are a bit bigger and fatter. I dont know if they are any better, but they look like they would sure do the trick...

I have used them a lot here in Pa for trout. They look like a giant orangeish waxie and work well. But they are very pricey--around 25 cents apiece. I have just as good results with waxies.

They do have a great deal of scent that comes with em. Little bigger presentation like a oak leaf.
