I don't fish ling a ton, but depending on the time of the year I know you can hit on Hauser and holter. I believe the regulating reservoir has them. Newlan and sutherlin over by white sulphur have them, and the fishing can be decent sometimes. I believe FWP has a search tool that can help you look for specific species and what bodies of water they're in.

I know people have been going below Canyon Ferry damn and catching them.

pretty much any of the lakes.  go to a cove, set tipups right off the bottom in decreasing depth at night and check often.  they'll head closer to shallower water as the night goes on, so if certain depths are catching move to there, or closer.
