been making these for a while, really like them. got the idea off from a TV show. fry your hamburger patties in a pan on the stove. when done (rare to med-rare), put onto toasted sliced bread or burger buns. in the grease left in the pan fry some onions. add them on top of the burger. in the grease from that, fry one egg for each burger. slide the egg on top of it all and add a slice or two of swiss cheese. i top with steak sauce and mayo. pickles and tomato on the side with some Lays' garden tomato and basil tater chips. couple of cold brews. giver a try.
