kolpin ratcheting rhino grip feedback

looking for feedback or reviews if I were to use these for auger mount? My auger is the new 8" lite flight , not sure if that matters. will be going on a 2020 Sportsman

On my ATV I used a double rifle mount for my  SM steel  8" Chipper auger ..I nestled it between both mounts not into the actual rifle holder .. worked real well..used on my cordless sets ups as well ..K-Drill and HT E-Drill

Junk.  Mine lasted 1 trip I think.  I'd go with the other simpler style with the rubber strap.

I have two Kolpin ratchet grips mounted on my snowmobile rear bumper. One clamps to my K-Drill shaft with the drill powerhead strapped down to the sled tunnel & running board. The other grip holds a shovel and/or ice combo as necessary on the other side of the sled.



The ratchet grips work fine in that configuration. However I have two Kolpin heavy duty grips mounted on the front bumper of my Honda Pioneer side-by-side to carry the auger combo alone. For sure they are much more sturdy.
