New Look And Feel For IS
Iceshanty:
Iceshanty has a slight makeover for 2017-18 ice fishing. ;D Some things have moved around but all should operate the same. Biggest change you will notice is on a mobile device you should enjoy a much improved browsing experience and I plan to make it even better.
What's new,
Most small screen devices held vertical will display a trimmed down mobile view and when held horizontal a nearly full desktop view.
Large pictures posted now should resize or clip to fit any device and not break the page. Do not use width= in the img tags anymore please.
Thanks to a tip from 3300, I have installed a photo upload plugin from postimage.com
You can link up or embed youtube videos or channels in a post.
Iceshanty is now secure https://www.iceshanty.com
You may need to update your bookmarks for the following pages.
Home page url changed to

Board url changed to
https://www.iceshanty.com/ice_fishing/index.php?action=forum
Those using pb for photo storage update those avatar and sig pictures.
If the new layout does not work for your setup or taste. You can switch back to the old one by going into your profile>look and layout>current theme>change> select iceshanty 3.0
Now all we need is some cold weather :tipup:

The web page looks wonky/distracting since todays update ...I do like the photo/video plug in :thumbsup:

looks like I lost my WU widget banner too ...just added it two days ago ...not sure its an update snafu..or a WU snafu. Although I don't have a smart phone its nice that it will be improved ...thinking more on ice photos this season as a result of the updated mobile site and the imgur button . ;)2

I think this may be a side effect of going secure (https) on the site. WU has not moved over to https yet and I'm guessing that's why insecure images will not show up here in profiles and such.
