whitefish are a blast

My buddy kept bugging me to go out and try it and I finally did. What a blast I had! I didn't realize what a fight they put up. He is a pic of what we got.

didnt the one weekend, but did the second weekend. Unfortunatly the action that was non stop, died down to a crawl. There was probably 60 of us on the pier, and in the 5 hrs I was there I only saw 30 or so fish caught. Mine came up snagged, so I tossed him back in. My uncle was more fortunate and hooked his in the mouth. Im looking forward to going next year, when the run is fulll swing
