Wayne, pretty close in taste ,very sweet. I soak my fillets in milk for a day before rinsing and vacsealing, they swell right up and adds a bit of flavor IMHO.

We have a position limit here 2x the daily bag limit per license.

No more than 2 daily limits in your possession is allowed in NH

Post by: fishingidjit on Mar 05, 2021, 03:55 PM: An update-I have eaten every perch in my freezer to stay within the NH laws! ;D All kidding aside, I have a Vt. ,Me(free fish week) and NH license and fish all 3 states for perch. I'm within my possession limit.
