Did well on Saturday with yellows and one walleye off of farmers. Fished Lynn lorentzen and the channel off of Macintosh today and got into some dink perch and walleye but some nice crappie and a decent northern.

I was hoping the wind would keep this snow off the ice on little clear!  I was planning on fishing McIntosh Wednesday or Saturday! But this snow and sleet combination is some heavy stuff! Hope the wind up there is stronger than it is here!!!

I was about to give the crazy minnow a call and see what he says. I will let you know! I'm hoping the lake looks better than my driveway did!

I would appreciate that.  I'm planning to fish Friday if the ice is good.

Talked to the owner of crazy minnow, he said he posted something on Facebook. Fire department said it's unsafe at this time. The old ice and new ice/ snow has become "honeycombed". 3-4". Kevan Paul supposedly fished it today, with a spud bar treading carefully!!!

Someone on FB asked the question I had about how much of the snow was blown off the ice by the wind. According to the Crazy Minnow there are some windswept areas on the lake. Hopefully the snow that is on the ice will not screw things up too much.

I was on it today. Ice was spotty 2.5 in under drifts to 5 in clear spots. Horrible slush around areas we drilled holes. Could barely pull my tent back because ice chunks froze to bottom of it. Fish were biting though. Be very careful!

Heading there in the morning. I'll come back with a report, fished it last weekend and the minimum I measured was 3 inches

Cleaned 200+ yellows past three days out of little lake. 60 Thursday, 120 Friday and went out for an hour and a half today and came back with 50. Good year class! Going early tomorrow in search of crappie if anyone wants to meet up. Look for the Blue Nills auger with a Clan Plate and Drill on it! I'll be in a Blue Clam ice suit. Fishing 8-12 fow. Lots of small eyes and two master angler white bass as well

Gotta go deeper for crappies! Just got back! We caught about 60-70 crappies, kept 44 that were 9-13". A dozen perch we threw back, 4-6". And 8 walleyes we through back 6-11". Ice is sketchy in spots! Spud bar highly recommended people! Be safe!!!

I must be doing something wrong.  I just got back from there.  Fished quite a few different spots on the little lake. Ended up catching 3 yellows couple small perch and a 10" walleye.
If I could make a living out of ice fishing. I'd do whatever I had to make my dream come true.

If anyone finds a red Katoohla spike/cleat let me know! I lost one of mine on Thursday. I took them off on the lake and could've sworn I saw them in the Mcintosh parking lot when I loaded the sled. Either one fell out of my sled on the little lake or it fell out of the sled when I loaded it in the truck

We got there at 5:45 am and fished 5 pm. They came and went, but we just waited them out! There were some slow moments, but we moved only once!  My buddy got there at 3 am and had 15 by the time we got there! We could of limited out 3 hrs sooner, but we were letting alot go that most would of kept!
