I will say welcome to the site too. I think I speak for many of us by saying we like to see how each other fish. Especially from other countries. That is a very unique tipup. It looks very well made. Nice job!

Here such Tip-up it is pleasant to me more. In a tube the tag keeps more strongly.

To all friends I do such Tip-up, they very much like to catch on my tackles. Sometimes I do them to order and for other fishers. Fishing my hobby and work.

There very big and bulky design. Mine Tip-up more compact I also do them much more cheaply.

I usually drive with myself on fishing twenty TIP-UP, therefore the size matters.

I by the way have thought up for a long time something similar, but more the best variant. When I will make, I will lay out a photo.

Sometimes they to me in the sleep come, the brain works even at night:)

A "Shanty" is what many people over here refer to as there portable or permanent fish house they fish out of.

Do you do much jigging over there in Russia with rod and reel? If you do I would be interested in seeing pics of the rods and jigs you use.

I said basically that Ice Shantys are sheds on ice. Some permanent (as long as there's ice of course) and some portable like GrumpyOldMan said. Some ice shantys are heated and even have a couch and table and chairs!

(4 years of high school Russian along with the online Google translator help here a lot. But one can't take literally what the translators say all the time due to language/word quirks.)

I have understood that this such! Thanks. It is the house for catching on ice. The translator has worked normally. I too wish to do to myself the house for fishing on ice:)

The pike perches, one pike and one white fish (ЛЕЩ).

I and my wife we catch small fishes for a nozzle on Tipups.
