my garmin legend kept shutting off on a go-to way point. the screen would have a vertical line to the left of center and be blank. called garmin and they said that the satellite software was upgraded for the waas function and that you can turn the waas function off if you can not do a upgrade or go to the garmin site and get the upgrade. did the upgrade and now it works great and I have seen the accurate to 7 feet. So if you have a problem with your garmin check there site for a fix.
