Just received the shipment of state patches, Hope to have them all mailed out by tuesday. Make sure to post a picture after you get it attached to your favorite ice fishing garment.

Just a reminder to those of you that don't want to make holes in your coats, craft stores have a iron on glue for patches.

This may backfire on me, but I looked at the back of the patch and the substance appeared to be some kind of glue. So I broke out the electric iron and ironed mine on. Set at medium/high heat (just below 5 on our iron) and it seems to have adhered very well. I will know after this weekend.

With this particular proshop item , there really are no proceeds . The expense of having each individual state set up , and a minimal amount produced was much more than the original Team Iceshanty patches. the members asked , and Iceshanty.com responded and fast too!! Thanks Iceshanty.

My grand father taught me how to sew when I 7. Thank You grampa( he's been gone 25yrs now). I sewed a patch an my jacket today and pinned one to my hat.

Should I sew it on the hat too?

I'm kind of nervous about taking an iron to my AA suit? Anything over 160 deg melts the insultec insulation! And if you sew it on wont you be compromising the waterproof shell?? What to do? hmmmm It would look good on the suit though..

I ripped off the foolish fluff above the pocket on the arctic armor suit and it was sewn in so replacing the patch there as it had already had a sewn in area

Set your iron to 159 Deg!

Was thinking about getting one and sewing it on the Clam but thought maybe it wouldn't be a good idea. Have the stickers though.
