         Nothing yet just on the mud puddles mid Dec, you should be fine inland. Where you going? Who knows the big bay here might be frozen by then also cross your fingers!!

Should be good enough to walk or maybe a wheeler by then. We will see. The winter forcast has said to be mild, but with current temps we could see safe ice by the first weekend in December. I always seem to be out by then on about 4" or more on smaller lakes.

I had ice over the weekend!!!! A solid 2 to 3". Granted..... it was in a pool of water on my boat cover...... But it's still enough make a guy start thinkin ahead!!!

    We had ice in the head of the chequamegon bay this morning man I was in a good mood all day knowing its not far off. Ready to water skip the 700! Hold them temps down like this for a few good weeks you guys know the rest.

Venom, where do u skip water?  I've only done it up by short and long bridge, but is there a better spot?

Lake Winter has 1/2 inch of ice!  Hopefully the temps stay down for next 7-10 days and I can get out there.

The rumor at work today was they were ice fishing Upper Turtle lake yesterday. Granted it is in a bay, but they were fishing. I am going to try my luck on Friday.

Temps are supposed to heat up to 40's and high 30's next week, bleh.
At least the nighttime temps are still freezing.
