Problems with underwater cameras

I've got an aqua vu scout 11 that I bought 2 winters ago I got about half a season out of it and then i started having problems
when you turn it on it doesn't come on sometimes it takes a couple of minutes and sometimes you've got to get it warm first.
Has anyone had this problem or have any answers?

Try contacting aqua view. I have 3 camera's and have never had any problems with anyone of them.
