MyFishFinder.com Just like iceshanty but warmer
As long as you get the angle right it will work , I have an old set of blades I'm going to play with
Speaking of blades....last year I noticed my Nils 6" orange that I use with my drill was going into the ice straight but would end up at some weird slight angle when done. Is that a sign of dull blade? I just bought another and set that one aside.I have been looking for Frank's contact info on here, anybody have it? I figure now is a good time to send one in.Thanks
All of the above, or just do this... https://www.fish307.com/auger-blade-sharpening/
Take a new blade to a sheet of glass and hold the bevel to it and measure with a protractor then just add a couple of degrees to the fine edge. I take a blade and layout blue or magic marker the bevel and tune the lansky rod to clean the dye off of the entire edge.
