 Managed to get out last night for some casting , glad I had my Go Warmer with me as my old paws have seen better days

Nice job Fred. I picked up a few from the boat yesterday.

Surface temp was 37. Not too bad really considering it has been on the warm side.

Looks like open water for a while…

I'm 99% sure these fish were caught from shore
If you sit around all day and do nothing your a bum, but if you sit in a boat all day or in a shanty and do nothing they call you a fisherman

 No ice and temps above freezing so I hit the shore line, managed 2 keepers ,

True , but wind direction has been a problem for me , but I’m not complaining fishing has been above average
 Last year last outing was 12-20
