Utah ice is starting to cap . I have second hand info that Scofield Res. has a cap , Mantua Res. has a cap and a few people have fell thru it already so it is not ready yet , Huntington Res . is still fishing OK , still need to stay away from the dam , may have unsafe ice . I'm under the weather this weekend so I may not make any walk on water adventures this weekend .
